Challenge

Redefining Digital Identity With a Website

Centric had to give Goody a whole new brand identity. The challenge was to align the website with GoodyCo’s updated brand guidelines, including logos, colors, and core values. Centric was required to develop a website that presents the brand pillars (Purpose, Product, People, Process) without overwhelming the users.

Balancing Content and Engagement
Goody did not want to showcase the products and categories with an e-commerce approach. The company also wanted to effectively highlight the company’s culture, history, and values to communicate the ‘People’ pillar authentically.

Technical Implementation and Uniformity
Developing a bilingual website to accommodate both English and Arabic with seamless adaptability to LTR (left-to-right) and RTL (right-to-left) formats, while maintaining consistency in product naming and images throughout the website.
